For the back to win tips this is entirely up to you. These selections will be proofed to level stakes, one method i highly recommend is the use of cashmaster software- if you dont have it you can get it here.

Basically what Cashmaster does is allows you to win a set amount each race by using mathematical calculations, its ideal for use with my tips as i never experience any long losing runs. However it is perfectly acceptable to bet to level stakes.

With the place bets again its up to you whether you use cashmaster or level stakes, the strike rate is high enough whatever your choice
